Sweet Collection$13.00 per pound

Daterra created this blend using what they considered to be the "sweetest" of all the crops, after many, many hours of cuppings. This blend brings a combination of fruity aromatics, delicate acidity and a smooth rich caramel body and flavor, along with a long and well rounded finish. Noteworthy on its own, when used as a blend with other coffees, it adds vanilla-caramel notes to the final result. Great for espresso.

Bourbon Collection$13.00 per pound

This is a combination of the fruit of red and yellow Bourbon trees. It has a remarkably rich aroma with good acidity and full body. The finish is delicate and clean. It is an ideal selection for preparation as a drip coffee, a great "after dinner" coffee worthy of serving with the finest meal. For a truly full coffee taste experience, try this with a French Press.

Villa Borghesi$13.00 per pound

One of the 88 mini-farms that comprise the Daterra group, the crop of Villa Borghesi was so outstanding that it is being offered as a single varietal. Intense sweet-fruity aroma is a prelude to a full bodied plum-like taste experience. Reminiscent of a truly fine Harrar, unusual for a Brazilian bean, with an almost winey taste, and a sweet, clean finish.

Sunrise Blend$13.00 per pound

Blending consists of combining different Arabica varieties and different processing methods in order to achieve acidity, aroma, body and flavor compatible with the target customer's preferences. Daterra's Sunrise Blend consists of 8 different types of Arabica beans, creating a coffee with sweet orange-like citrusy fruit notes, a bright acidity, and a clean crisp finish.

Yellow Collection$13.00 per pound

This is a blend of the fruit from Yellow Bourbon trees from various farms in the Daterra group. It has bold fruit aromatics in the cup, with sweet citrus notes and delicate acidity. It manages to produce a very firm body without overpowering the fruit flavors. The aftertaste of this fine coffee is refreshingly clean and sweet.
